The Driving Test Explained - DVSA OFFICIAL VIDEO
At the end there is a ten-minute where you will drive independently and will most likely be asked to follow signage to a specific direction, this will prove to the examiner that you can still operate a car safely whilst navigating and shows decision-making, self-guided driving and route finding abilities.
THE EYE TEST
You will be asked by the examiner to read a number plate of a car from a distance of 20 meters.
VEHICLE SAFETY QUESTIONS - SHOW ME TELL ME
Here you will be asked two questions relating to vehicle safety and performing checks on your car. Generally, these take the form of “show me, tell me” questions. An incorrect answer to each of these two question will result in you being marked down for a minor fault

Finally you will pass your driving test if you make 15 or fewer minor driving faults, and no major mistakes. The examiner will tell you afterwards whether you passed or failed your driving test.
